Sales experience is consistently praised, with representative Christina Druce named for clear explanations and politeness. Post-purchase experience diverges sharply: some buyers report smooth closings, but others faced construction delays exceeding timelines by over a year, defects left unfixed before move-in, paint chips and missing fixtures, and unresponsive emergency service lines despite purchase agreements promising 24-hour support.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Master Works delivers skilled renovation work with a strong focus on cleanliness and detail. Three five-star reviews highlight punctual completion, fair pricing, and tidy job sites across painting, decking, and fencing projects.
All 12 reviews award five stars to Sunter Homes for high-standard renovation work across kitchens, bathrooms, basements and whole-house projects in the Ottawa area. Adrian and his team are consistently praised for meticulous craftsmanship, proactive communication, and the ability to spot and solve problems before they delay timelines or inflate costs.
Metric Homes draws buyers with genuinely upgraded standard specs and the ability to modify floor plans without extra fees. Quality materials and after-closing support earn praise. However, recent complaints centre on misleading explanations of limitations and policies designed to strip realtors of commissions or penalize buyers who seek agent guidance. Early transparency issues and inconsistent phone support are also concerns.
