Most clients praise Hawk for hitting timelines, staying on budget, and keeping them informed throughout complex projects. However, one detailed complaint describes rotting subfloor installed without disclosure and water pipes that froze twice after relocation-issues the homeowner says Hawk refused to take responsibility for, instead charging thousands in failed repairs.
