Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most reviewers praise ArchTech's professionalism, timeliness, and design input across kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring. One significant flooring complaint describes bumpy installation, creaking within weeks, safety concerns, and months of unresponded follow-ups after payment.
All four reviews rate this business five stars. Reviewers praise quick turnaround from booking to start, respectful communication, and careful attention to project details and customer preferences. Work quality and follow-up to confirm satisfaction stand out across the feedback.
Only one recent review is available. A customer waited over 10 minutes to use a QR code system for power tools, received no useful help from staff, and left frustrated. Review evidence is too limited to draw firm conclusions about overall service quality.
