Strong five-star reviews praise Kimbel's installation quality, especially on roll-up garage doors and laneway garages, with staff like Sebastian and Jack noted for professionalism and problem-solving. However, the rating is pulled down by scattered complaints: two no-shows with no cancellation notice, delayed responses to emails, and one severe interaction involving rude behavior and a product defect. Most customers who get through report satisfaction, but some feel abandoned after the sale.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
