What recent reviews say

OakWood's team consistently delivers polished custom homes, additions, and kitchen renovations with careful project oversight. Reviewers praise named project managers like Mike Ortis and designers Drew Mason and Alicia Genyn for translating visions into detailed 3D renderings and keeping builds on track. Expect higher-than-anticipated costs if your property needs substantial site work, though the firm's warranty on workmanship and transparent collaboration ease that stress.

Their strengths lie in meticulous planning, clear communication from first contact, and willingness to guide owners through complex material and design choices. Since 1956, they've built a reputation as the region's top builder for both new construction and renovation, with long-standing client relationships.
