Sales staff earn consistent praise for helpfulness, but homes arrive with noticeable build issues. Multiple owners report poor sound insulation between townhomes, defective windows and roofing, and uneven flooring. Post-purchase responses from Richcraft have been slow or dismissive, frustrating buyers paying premium prices.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Caivan's experienced sales staff and after-sales service team earn consistent praise, with repeat customers and strong support during closings and post-purchase issues. However, construction quality concerns, unpredictable sales office availability, and management complaints cloud the picture for a significant portion of buyers.
Glenview's sales, design, and pre-purchase experience earn consistent praise for attentiveness and knowledgeable staff like Jamie, Nichole, Derrick, and Greg. Yet post-closing satisfaction fractures sharply: warranty response is slow or dismissive, finish quality varies, and some homeowners faced unannounced work visits and unresolved defects months after possession. Named staff like Fabien and Rigo earned specific gratitude for aftercare, but senior management tone has disappointed some.
