Pirooz and his team deliver work that consistently meets or exceeds expectations, backed by daily site presence, transparent budgeting, and real-time problem-solving. Clients report feeling heard from the first conversation through handover, with trades arriving on schedule, work sites staying clean, and unexpected issues handled with clear explanation rather than surprise bills.
Build Your Garage supplies prefabricated garage kits across Canada. Review evidence is limited; the business states it serves eight provinces and offers quonset huts, rigid-frame kits, and C-channel options ranging from single-car to RV configurations.
John's team deliver polished garage and porch floors on schedule, with crews that show up on time and leave sites clean. Work quality and speed earn consistent praise; pricing sits well for the material and craftsmanship. Two separate complaints about warranty non-delivery after final payment raise a serious red flag: one customer documented epoxy failure within a year and received no response; another was ghosted for three weeks when requesting the promised written warranty. The majority of recent reviews stay five stars, but integrity on aftercare promises appears inconsistent. What sets them apart is concrete prep work (crack repairs before coating) and speed (often one-day jobs using premium polyaspartic and epoxy systems). Staff like John and Aldo are named for responsiveness and skill. Friendly communication during the project is standard; honoring warranty terms after it is where things have stumbled for some.
Aria Build's clients consistently report a smooth, well-organized build experience anchored by Behzad and his team's communication and planning. Reviewers highlight thoughtful design choices, quality finishes, and post-sale warranty follow-up that signal genuine care beyond handoff. The business excels with luxury custom homes and renovations across the GTA, handling complex briefs like multigenerational layouts and accessibility features. Staff stay responsive during construction, trades coordinate cleanly, and clients feel heard from first meeting through move-in. The firm's Tarion coverage and professional bonding reinforce trustworthiness for major projects.
