What recent reviews say

Maddison Construction earns consistent praise for keeping projects on schedule, maintaining professional conduct, and delivering quality work. Dan, Colin, Dante, Tony, Chris, and other crew members are named by satisfied clients as organized, communicative, and respectful. One recent project turned catastrophic when delays stretched into months, downspouts were installed backwards, the site was left hazardous for seven months, and management demanded extra payment for cleanup; the reviewer reports the yard remained unsafe for a memorial gathering.

Most reviewers across residential, commercial, and facility management settings report positive partnerships. The company holds a $5 million liability policy and claims nearly two decades in operation across the National Capital Region and Ontario. Where garage-specific work appears in reviews, a membrane repair is praised.

Long-term clients and recent kitchen/bathroom work praise detailed project management, quality finishes, and staff responsiveness-Murad and George stand out for their pace and problem-solving. However, a minority of reviewers report being quoted significantly above market, facing surprise invoices mid-project, and encountering unresponsive management when disputes arose. One reviewer cited Reddit discussion and alleged NDA pressure, raising questions about consistency between pre- and post-contract experience. Work spans major renovations (structural changes, full interior rebuilds, basement additions) and smaller finishing jobs. The business claims service across Almonte, Alta Vista, Ashton, Barrhaven, Blackburn Hamlet, Burritts Rapids, Carleton Place, and Carp. Their website lists kitchen, basement, and home addition design services; warranty and project-management models are mentioned favorably by satisfied clients.

Terzetto builds additions and remodels kitchens, bathrooms, and basements with a design-forward approach. Reviewers consistently praise the in-house design team (Abby and Vivian named repeatedly) for translating sketches into practical, attractive spaces, and project manager Taylor for daily updates and problem-solving. Crews maintain clean worksites and respect homes throughout. One dispute over a substantial holdback payment stands out sharply against the 87 other five-star experiences. The business excels at collaborative design that balances aesthetics with daily function, from accessibility-focused bathrooms to kitchen layouts suited to how families live. Reviewers report being kept informed at each stage, quick responses to questions, and follow-up care after handover. Costs appear negotiable; one client noted budget reductions were accommodated without friction.

Both reviews praise the service, with one noting paint staff's extra attention to matching colours for an unusual project. Evidence is limited: only two reviews discuss experience, and neither mentions garage work specifically.
