Maddison Construction Limited.
Maddison Construction earns consistent praise for keeping projects on schedule, maintaining professional conduct, and delivering quality work. Dan, Colin, Dante, Tony, Chris, and other crew members are named by satisfied clients as organized, communicative, and respectful. One recent project turned catastrophic when delays stretched into months, downspouts were installed backwards, the site was left hazardous for seven months, and management demanded extra payment for cleanup; the reviewer reports the yard remained unsafe for a memorial gathering. Most reviewers across residential, commercial, and facility management settings report positive partnerships. The company holds a $5 million liability policy and claims nearly two decades in operation across the National Capital Region and Ontario. Where garage-specific work appears in reviews, a membrane repair is praised.
